After Iowa - Chaotic Order?

So after much chaos in the state of Iowa, the results are in.  For the Republicans Ted Cruz won the caucus with 51,666 Votes (27.6%) and gained 8 delegates.  Trump came in second with 45,427 votes (24.3%) gaining 7 delegates and Marco Rubio finished third with 43,165 votes (23.1%).

As for the Democrats, it was an extremely close race between Clinton and Sanders, but Hillary Clinton squeezed out a win with 49% of the votes gaining 23 delegates.  Bernie Sanders got 49.6% of the votes and gained 21 delegates.  Martin O'Malley had a very poor finish with only 0.6% of the votes (0 Delegates Achieved).  How the close race between Clinton and Sanders was determined in an sort of interesting way.  You will have to watch the video below to see.

The rest of the results can be seen in the image below and on the right panel of the blog website.

After all was said and done, the nomination race has some fatalities.  Later Monday night, Martin O'Malley dropped out of the race.  Tuesday, Mike Huckabee suspended his campaign.  Wednesday, Rand Paul drops out due to lack of funds and support.  Now their is speculation that Rick Santorum may drop out and at the same time give his endorsement.  Never heard the announcement that was suppose to be later night and we shall see what is was.

Alright.  That is all from me.  Enjoy the video and look for the following events coming up this week:

Wednesday, February 3rd - CNN Democratic Presidential Town Hall in New Hampshire
Thursday, February 4th - MSNBC Democratic Presidential Debate in Durham, NH
Saturday, February 6th - ABC News/IJRebiew Republican Presidential Debate in Manchester, NH
