New Hampshire Primary Results

So Bernie Sanders receives enough votes to technically win the New Hampshire Primary, but the delegates made it a bit confusing.  As you see below, according to the rules of the delegates, both Clinton and Sanders tied in delegates with 15.

As for the Republicans, It wasn't confusing as Trump won both the votes and delegates with 10.  Kasich pulls off a surprise second place showing with 4 delegates and Rubio, Cruz & Bush tied with 3.

After a very poor showing this primary, Chris Christie and Carly Fiorina have dropped out of the presidential race.  Actually they said suspend, but I think they are done.

Alright, so coming up is the PBS/CNN Democratic Debate in Milwaukee, WI tonight at 8 pm.
Then The CBS Republican Debate in Greenville, SC.
Then of course the Nevada Caucus and South Carolina Primary

Stay Tuned!

First Daddy, Now Mommy

Something is going on with out parents.  Daddy was having some issues with breathing and sounded like he was sniffling and coughing.  Days later he was seeming better than mommy started to do the same thing.  Now she is in bad shape and we can help but feel compelled to comfort her.  We hope whatever is going on will pass quickly.  We love you mommy and daddy!!!!

CNN New Hampshire Democratic Presidential Town Hall & Debate

So it has finally happened.  As much as I would complain about the Republicans focusing so much on making sure people knew how conservative they are.  Now Sanders and Clinton is now arguing on who is more progressive.  I am about progressism, but I really don't care that much on how progressive you are.  As long as you are.  Bernie Sanders started this fight with the statements about Clinton's ties with Wall Street.  Granted that kind of bothers me, too, the progressive talk is not an issue for me.

Oh well.  Below are the New Hampshire Town Hall and the Primary Debate.

Enjoy.

Movie Review - Star Wars: The Force Awakens w/ Bonus Video

Alright!  I think a month is long enough to write my review.  The long awaited Star Wars film (after Lucas sold LucasFilm Ltd to Disney and Disney announced the continuation of the saga) is here.  Bringing the directorial talents of J.J. Abrams (Alias, Fringe. Super 8 and Star Trek) and a fresh new cast, Disney, while letting LucasFilm stay their own company, has brought an amazing film passing the torch to a new batch of heroes to take on the new army of the Sith.

Two new Siths appear with the New First Order (remnants of the Galactic Empire) with a new plan for galaxy domination, but one (and maybe two) things stand in their way, The Jedi.  The story starts on the desert planet of Jakku where a young woman's adventure begins after an encounter with a droid.  They join forces with the stormtrooper who defected, Han and Chewbacca and eventually the resistance.

The space or more so air battles were epic.  Much more intense than Episodes 4-6,  A big like Episodes 1-3, but with that Abrams touch.  My new pilot is Po.  He is bad as in the Black X-Wing.  I look forward to him in future episodes.  The lightsaber battles were pretty good, but could be so much better.  Much closer to the fight between Qui-Gon Jinn & Obi-Wan Kenobi vs Darth Maul.  Not sure if they will go there, but I would love to see it.

OK, that's enough of that.  Go out and see this film when can, but please right away!

Grade 9/10

.......And now for something that is very hilarious!  Keep this is mind, if you have seen this movie you will notice some amazing similarities.  You would think that J.J. has simply modified Lucas' script from A New Hope.

Check it out!!

The President Speaks at the Islamic Society of Baltimore

Pretty straight forward.  President Obama speaks out against discrimination and generalization of Muslims in the United States of America.  Making many suffer for the acts of a few extreme, radical idiots.  This normally applies to all walks of life.  Our usual mentality here is the USA is that one or a few bad apples, spoils the whole bunch.

After Iowa - Chaotic Order?

So after much chaos in the state of Iowa, the results are in.  For the Republicans Ted Cruz won the caucus with 51,666 Votes (27.6%) and gained 8 delegates.  Trump came in second with 45,427 votes (24.3%) gaining 7 delegates and Marco Rubio finished third with 43,165 votes (23.1%).

As for the Democrats, it was an extremely close race between Clinton and Sanders, but Hillary Clinton squeezed out a win with 49% of the votes gaining 23 delegates.  Bernie Sanders got 49.6% of the votes and gained 21 delegates.  Martin O'Malley had a very poor finish with only 0.6% of the votes (0 Delegates Achieved).  How the close race between Clinton and Sanders was determined in an sort of interesting way.  You will have to watch the video below to see.

The rest of the results can be seen in the image below and on the right panel of the blog website.

After all was said and done, the nomination race has some fatalities.  Later Monday night, Martin O'Malley dropped out of the race.  Tuesday, Mike Huckabee suspended his campaign.  Wednesday, Rand Paul drops out due to lack of funds and support.  Now their is speculation that Rick Santorum may drop out and at the same time give his endorsement.  Never heard the announcement that was suppose to be later night and we shall see what is was.

Alright.  That is all from me.  Enjoy the video and look for the following events coming up this week:

Wednesday, February 3rd - CNN Democratic Presidential Town Hall in New Hampshire
Thursday, February 4th - MSNBC Democratic Presidential Debate in Durham, NH
Saturday, February 6th - ABC News/IJRebiew Republican Presidential Debate in Manchester, NH
